Dopo lo smontaggio, ogni parte interna viene analizzata, misurata e, se necessario, testata su un banco di prova e\/o radiografata (ad esempio, per le parti in titanio come le bielle dei motori di F1). Si misura anche la finitura superficiale dopo la rialesatura e\/o la levigatura (Ra, Rz&#8230;) per garantire il miglior contatto possibile con i pistoni e gli anelli.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Soffiatore a testa cilindrica<\/h3>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La <strong>galleria del vento della testa del cilindro<\/strong> viene utilizzata per determinare la progettazione aerodinamica dei condotti della testa del cilindro, nonch\u00e9 la forma delle valvole e delle sedi, al fine di ottimizzare le prestazioni.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Banco degli alberi a camme<\/h3>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Il <strong>banco di lettura delle camme <\/strong>(per gli alberi a camme o per le camme delle pompe di iniezione meccanica) consente di lavorare sulle leggi di distribuzione, di verificare gli schemi esistenti e di riprodurre alcuni pezzi (reverse engineering).<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Banco iniettori e pompa di iniezione<\/h3>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Il <strong>banco di iniettori<\/strong> assicura portate equivalenti tra tutti i cilindri per una maggiore efficienza del motore.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Il nostro<strong> banco per pompe di iniezione meccanica<\/strong> ci permette di revisionare e ottimizzare le pompe in correlazione con le prove al banco del motore.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][et_pb_column type=&#8221;2_3&#8243;
